Dcomfo Returns + Exchanges Policy

At Dcomfo, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible.


Returns

30-Day Comfort Guarantee:
We want you to feel the difference with Dcomfo products, so we offer a 30-day trial period. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@dcomfo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we’re happy to assist you. Here’s how:

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us at support@dcomfo.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. We will provide instructions on sending back the original item.
  4. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@dcomfo.com with photos and details. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or refund.


International Returns and Exchanges

For orders shipped outside of our primary shipping areas, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you paid via credit card, the refund will be applied to your card automatically within 5-10 business days.
