Dcomfo Refund Policy

At Dcomfo, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We aim to make returns hassle-free and smooth for you!


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@dcomfo.com. We will assess the situation and work on resolving it promptly, ensuring you receive a replacement or refund if applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:

  • Custom products (like special orders or personalized items)
  • Health and personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)

Please get in touch with us if you have specific concerns regarding your item and its return eligibility.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is only applicable for unused items in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns may apply.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
