Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We are proud to provide international shipping services that cover over 200 countries and islands across the globe. We’re committed to delivering your order efficiently and with great value, no matter where you are.


Where do you ship from, and what shipping methods do you use?
We ship from multiple warehouses based in Australia, Asia, and Europe. The shipping method depends on the product and your location.

  • Orders from our Australia warehouse are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Orders from our Asia, Europe, and America warehouses are sent using EMS, ePacket, First-Class Package International, or Registered Airmail depending on the weight and size of the item.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free shipping to most countries around the world. However, there are a few countries we’re unable to ship to. If your location is one of them, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.


Will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Dcomfo is not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred once the package reaches your destination. By placing an order, you agree that one or more packages might be shipped to you, and you may need to pay customs fees.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that due to global logistics disruptions, delivery may take a little longer than usual. Here are our estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 10-20 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • Central & South America: 20-40 business days
  • Rest of the World: 20-45 business days

Please note that these estimates do not include the 2-5 day processing time.


Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days after placing your order, please reach out to us at support@dcomfo.com.


What if my tracking says “No information available”?
It can take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the shipping company’s system. If your tracking number hasn’t updated after 5 business days, feel free to contact us for assistance.


Will all items in my order be sent together?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes ship separately. Even if you request combined shipping, you might receive packages at different times. However, don’t worry—you won’t be charged extra shipping fees, and all items will be delivered within the estimated time.


Orders & Returns

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order—whether it’s the wrong size, color, or a defect—just let us know. We’ll issue a refund, and you won’t be required to return the item to us.


Do you offer exchanges?
While we do not offer direct exchanges, if the product you received isn’t what you expected, simply reach out to us at support@dcomfo.com, and we’ll send you a new one free of charge.
